The SA-ZA Way
Our products celebrate the uniqueness of naturally dyed and handmade textiles. Due to the nature of dyeing and handmade processes, slight irregularities in the weave or print may occur. These irregularities are not defects but rather hallmarks of a natural-dyed and hand woven product, making each item unique and special- just like you.

SA-ZA Cancellation, Exchange, Return & Refunds :

Cancellations and Modifications:
We do not allow cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Exchange Details:
We currently do not accept exchanges.
Exchanges are only offered for incorrect sizing or style if SA-ZA is at fault. Incorrect or incomplete order details provided by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

We accept returns only if an incorrect product is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@labelsaza.com with your order details and the picture of the received product. Eligible items may be returned for exchange if notified within 10 days of delivery.

SA-ZA Dispatch

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 10 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are final and cannot be canceled. Tracking details are provided upon request.

Our small team ensures each item receives personal attention throughout the crafting and dispatch process.
